3) I am a prolific collector of imagery and source materials, constantly drawing inspiration from a diverse range of visual and tactile elements that resonate with me. Often this can be found within the decorative arts or the natural environment. My graduate collection 'In the Light of Equinox' draws upon these elements, comprising six looks which strive to celebrate the interconnectedness of our existence with nature and the beauty inherent in this relationship. This is expressed through the interplay of delicate fabrics and colours which embody the serene beauty and timeless charm of the Sussex countryside. Through thoughtful exploration of textile and print design, I strive to evoke a sense of playfulness and whimsey in my collection, creating pieces that are both visually captivating and narratively rich.
