Race Ibiza takes inspiration from archived photos of my parents in the Balearic Nightlife in the 80s and silhouette inspiration from motorcycle racing drivers and clothing. Using Blender, allowed my collection concept to come to life, by creating a virtual reality nightclub in which you can immerse yourself in the Ibiza nightlife culture. I am a men’s knitwear designer specialising in fabric development. I use the domestic knitting machine with varying tucks, transfers and weaving methods combined with multiple yarns to create surface texture and patterns throughout my knitwear. I use digital fashion software like Clo3D to develop patterns and toiles. Through whole garment knitting and digital fashion production it allows me to create sustainable fashion with zero waste.
