I live in a small village in Wales. Rugby in my family is considered a large part of our Welsh national culture, identity, community spirit, and passion. It serves as a unifying movement, bringing all my family members together and providing moments of celebration and companionship. From a young age, I played rugby in my local village as number 14. My passion continued to grow by socialising with family and friends watching the Welsh rugby games. RE-TRY shows my interests in sportswear, design development, 3D and 2D collage through sampling and illustration. I enjoy patchworking materials together and draping on a stand. All garments have been constructed using pre-loved Welsh rugby kit, to give them a longer life span than just one match day. I have developed strong CAD skills with professional knowledge of Illustrator, Photoshop and CLO3D. My future ambitions and achievements are to develop a career in Fashion Apparel Design.
