Lorenzo Piccoli aims to develop a new interpretation of the suit, the quintessential garment that defines and embodies 'masculinity', that could contrast the canons and values of tailoring itself, in order to use the suit as a tool to express the new 'masculinities' rather than the preferred outdated socio-cultural incarnations. The analysis and the deconstruction of the history of tailoring, its different ages and its evolutions represent a crucial stage within the design process alongside the implementation of the depiction and appreciation of the male anatomical features.
