London Fashion Showcasing Fund

The London Fashion Showcasing Fund (LFSF) was established in 2008 to provide a transparent application process for fashion showcasing event funding. Funded originally by the London Development Agency (LDA) and now by the Greater London Authority (GLA) and managed by the British Fashion Council. The LFSF supports events taking place throughout the year, including during London Fashion Week, which showcase the talents of emerging fashion designers.

The call for funding for the period July 2024 – March 2025 is now open.

Eligibility

To be considered for funding, applicants must meet key criteria including:

  • Providing support for emerging fashion talent
  • Promoting the industry and boosting investment
  • Evidence widening access and supporting diversity
  • Events must be London-based
  • The maximum that a project can apply for, for the period of July 2024 to March 2025 is £25,000.

Applications from individual designers are not considered.

Applicants must complete the application form, addressing the criteria set out in the guidelines.

Applications will be considered by an independent selection panel.

Successful applicants may be asked to submit full accounts and insurance documents for GLA Due Diligence procedures.

Deadline

Completed applications must be submitted to emma.early@britishfashioncouncil.com by email by the stated deadline of 10am on Monday 1st July 2024.

Submissions will only be considered where completed in the LFSF Application Form.
