September 2023 – The annual BFC Foundation Patron celebration in honour of our brilliant community of Patrons, Designers, Funders and Friends hosted by our Charity Co-Chairs, Narmina Marandi and Tania Fares.
It was an evening of drinks, food and mingling ahead of another exciting few months of fashion, culture and design. Now in its third year, the purpose of this event is to unite the BFC Foundation community in order to celebrate the charity, celebrate the Patrons and to celebrate our fantastic British designers, and all of those involved in our grant giving programmes - NEWGEN, Fashion Trust, BFC/GQ Designer Fashion Fund and BFC/Vogue Designer Fashion Fund.
This event is an opportunity for our community to get to know one another a little more and to see how we can all collaborate even further, it is also an opportunity to discuss and highlight our ambitions of building upon our shared goals of relentless innovation and responsible growth within the fashion industry. And importantly, to thank Narmina and Tania for their continued incredible momentum and support they have created over the past few years. As always, they continue to be loyal leaders of the BFC Foundation and such big champions and supporters of pushing British talent to a global stage.
For those who sadly couldn’t make it, Narmina, Tania and Caroline celebrated you all from afar, thanking you for supporting, underwriting and championing our designers and creatives who have benefitted from the BFC Foundation grant giving initiatives.
