The British Fashion Council is proud to announce Swarovski as the official partner of the 2015 British Fashion Awards for a second consecutive year. Last year’s ceremony saw over 400 VIPs and industry heavyweights in attendance, alongside a sold out auditorium of over 2000 guests, with attendees including Alexa Chung, Anna Wintour OBE, Cara Delevingne, David Beckham OBE, Emma Watson, John Galliano CBE, Kate Moss, Lana del Rey, Lewis Hamilton MBE, Naomi Campbell, Nicolas Ghesquière, Sir Philip Green, Rihanna, Samantha Cameron, Tom Ford and Victoria Beckham. The global growth and positioning of British fashion has helped establish the British Fashion Awards as one of the world’s most anticipated fashion events. The 2015 awards will be hosted by British comedian and actor, Jack Whitehall at the London Coliseum on 23rd November 2015.
As part of Swarovski’s ongoing contribution to the British Fashion Awards it will once again create a bespoke award for the ceremony, the ‘British Fashion Awards Crystal Trophy by Swarovski’ that will be presented to each of this year’s winners.
Natalie Massenet MBE, Chairman of the BFC, said: “We are incredibly excited about this year’s British Fashion Awards, and delighted to be working in partnership once again with Swarovski. This annual event is fast becoming one of the highlights of the global fashion calendar. The awards recognise the incredible talent we are so fortunate to work with and celebrates the excellence and creativity within our industry both at home and abroad. I cannot wait for Monday 23rd November – it is the fashion night of the year. ”
Nadja Swarovski, Member of the Swarovski Executive Board, added: “It is a pleasure to partner with the British Fashion Council for a second successive year to support the British Fashion Awards. This exciting event celebrates the best of the UK’s thriving fashion scene and the inspiring, forward-thinking talents that work within it”.
