Forget about Christmas and brace yourselves for Fashion East’s menswear takeover in January 2015! The designer support scheme returns to London Collections Men to host its own schedule of events championing the brightest new names in one talent-packed venue.
AW15’s designer line-up will feature five hand-picked designers in an unmissable group exhibition: Alan Crocetti jewellery designer returns for his second season. Edward Crutchley textile specialist and consultant for Louis Vuitton returns for his second season Grace Wales Bonner ready-to-wear newcomer fresh from Central St Martins. Marques’Almeida British Fashion Award winning womenswear duo present their menswear with Fashion East for the third time Roxanne Farahmand contemporary men’s accessories and jewellery returns after her AW14 debut.
Also returning with a salon show is London-trained, Los Angeles native Shaun Samson!

Fashion East is a non-profit initiative established in 2000 by Lulu Kennedy and The Old Truman Brewery to nurture and showcase emerging designers through the early stages of their career. Fashion East is credited with kick-starting the careers of some of the UK’s top womenswear talent including: Gareth Pugh, Richard Nicoll, House of Holland, Roksanda Ilincic, Jonathan Saunders, Louise Gray, Marios Schwab, Meadham Kirchhoff, Nasir Mazhar, Simone Rocha, Marques Almeida and Ashley Williams.

In 2005 Fashion East and TOPMAN launched the pioneering menswear scheme MAN. Starting with a place on London’s womenswear schedule, by 2009 MAN began London’s first menswear day of shows before paving the way for the launch of London Collections Men in 2012. MAN is proud to have supported and launched many of London Collections Mens’ top brands including: JW Anderson, Aitor Throup, Christopher Shannon, James Long, Cassette Playa, Katie Eary, Martine Rose, New Power Studio, Matthew Miller, Shaun Samson, Agi & Sam, Astrid Andersen and Craig Green.
ABOUT FASHION EAST MEN’S PRESENTATIONS:
Fashion East’s Men’s Presentations launched in 2009 following the success of MAN. Graduates of the platform include: Sibling, Nasir Mazhar, Agi & Sam, Astrid Andersen, Matthew Miller, Mr Hare, Lou Dalton, Lee Roach and Craig Green. Previous special guests include Gosha Rubchinskiy, Meadham Kirchhoff and Judy Blame. The Men’s Presentations receives funding from the Mayor of London’s London Fashion Showcasing Fund.
ABOUT SHAUN SAMSON:
California-born and London-trained Shaun Samson graduated from Central St Martin’s prestigious MA in 2011. He launched his eponymous contemporary menswear brand in 2011, showing with MAN for 3 seasons before his own solo New Gen Men sponsored shows at London Collections Men. He’s since returned to Los Angeles but continued to showcase his new collections via presentations and lookbooks. AW15 will be his return to the catwalk. Samson counts Drake, Jay-Z, A$AP Rocky and Rihanna amongst his fans.
