The British Fashion Council is delighted to announce that this season LONDON Show ROOMS’ opening brunch will be co-hosted by stylist and creative director Nicola Formichetti, alongside Sarah Mower, BFC Ambassador for Emerging Talent. Nicola Formichetti’s consistent support for British designers through his international styling portfolio, and global reputation as a creative visionary and champion for British brands make him an ideal ambassador for the showroom, which provides a unique opportunity for emerging British designers to promote themselves outside London.
To mark Nicola Formichetti’s involvement with LONDON show ROOMS this season, the showroom will also preview the DIESEL TRIBUTE by Nicola Formichetti. A set of limited edition pieces created by Nicola Formichetti, revisiting the unique Diesel sport and street heritage from the 90s; to be sold exclusively in selected multi-brand stores worldwide. The participation of DIESEL TRIBUTE by Nicola Formichetti at the LONDON show ROOMS also marks the beginning of a series of activities that will see London as the global hub of Nicola’s new ambitious creative vision for Diesel.
LONDON Show ROOMS is co-directed and co-curated by Anna Orsini and Barbara Grispini for the British Fashion Council and will be held for its SS15 edition from 24th September to 1st October at Le Loft in Paris, showcasing collections from 18 designers.
