I am a sportswear designer driven by my passion for the outdoors and sports. I am passionate about sportswear being more inclusive. My goal is to create sportswear that embraces everyone, instilling confidence and enhancing performance by catering to diverse needs. I prioritise designing garments that facilitate movement, focusing on highly functional pattern cutting techniques. I thrive on exploring new fabrics, technologies, and design concepts to innovate and expand possibilities. During my internship at the OSC, primarily working with Sprayway and Ronhill, I immersed myself in learning and growth. I quickly adapted to their methodologies, seamlessly integrating into the team dynamic. This experience significantly enhanced my skills in software like Adobe Suite, tech pack creation, as well as participation in fittings. These new abilities have helped me in my final year. I am deeply committed to considering the impact of my designs, both on the end users and the environment including its lifecycle: from manufacture to waste. This conscientious approach drives me to continually adapt my process.
