Jaia Dudock Van Heel Graduate Portfolio

I am a recent fashion and textiles graduate from the University of West England, specialising in creative pattern cutting and unisex garment design. My passion is in slow and sustainable fashion and I aspire to work for an organisation that prioritises sustainability at the forefront of its operations. I am looking to further the knowledge I have gained over the past few years around pattern cutting and garment design. As well as having experience working as a seamstress prior to my degree, I learnt a wide range of making and designing skills, from textiles printing to machine knitting to creating professional spec packs. I thrive in collaborative environments, particularly working within tightly-knit teams. I pride myself in my time management and organisation skills and believe this is a valuable asset to any team. I am looking to join an organisation of like minded people who strive for collaboration and innovation within the fashion industry.
