Dafydd In Dreamworld

I am soon to be a graduate from Birmingham City University with a BA Hons in fashion design. Through my third year I have found passion for menswear in my current collection, which was based on a character who was stuck in a dead-end job and remembering his dreams from his childhood with his friends. As this character was based on myself, I felt a personal connection throughout this process and am highly proud of the work I produced.I am a highly motivated person and have put everything into this collection and what I have produced, and it leads me to be excited about what come next for my fashion career. Dafydd In Dreamworld pushes the boundaries of normal silhouettes and incorporates oversized aesthetics with bold prints to stand out on the runway. I love experimenting with prints and sampling all the different ways to create the aesthetics was the favourite part of the collection , I love to be different and I feel as if my collection represents this.
