My work is driven by a passion for blending historical and contextual influences to craft luxurious and timeless garments. My collections encapsulate a deep appreciation for rich heritage and tradition, celebrating the past. Drawing inspiration from historical periods, I aim to craft pieces that embody elegance and sophistication. Handcrafting is a significant aspect of my work allowing me to create unique collections that challenge today's fast-fashion market. My current collection explores the extravagant fashions of the British aristocracy and the grandeur of Roman architecture during the English Reformation of 1534. Heavenly scenes in Italian church interiors inspire grand patterns and use of colour. Layered with extravagant Tudor designs, they form elaborate, handcrafted pieces that create layers of decadence. This statement collection combines harmonious heritage colours with regal-inspired fabrics, balancing contemporary and historic fashion elements suitable for all generations.
