HUNGaRY for HERITAGE

Drawing from my Hungarian heritage and the cherished hand-embroidered tablecloths of my great-grandmother, I embarked on a creative journey culminating in the birth of KORPA, my menswear brand for my final year project. Fuelled by a passion for preserving tradition through contemporary expression, my final year project became a testament to innovative design. KORPA breathes new life into ancestral motifs, seamlessly blending heritage with modernity. Through intricate laser engraving techniques and the artistry of knitwear, I weave together the threads of tradition and innovation. Each garment tells a story of cultural reverence and artistic evolution, honouring the past while embracing the future. KORPA stands as a tribute to my roots, a celebration of craftsmanship, and a testament to the enduring beauty of heritage in the ever-changing tapestry of fashion.
