As a soon-to-be graduate of Coventry University with a degree in International Fashion Business, I have developed a profound interest in sustainability within the sportswear industry, dedicating my final major project to this critical area. My passion lies in the principles of circularity and the desire to effect meaningful change for future generations by influencing consumer shopping habits and addressing the dominance of fast fashion. During my university studies, I worked part-time, gaining valuable experience in shop management. This role honed my organisational skills and time management abilities. Additionally, I advanced my sewing skills in my own time, demonstrating my commitment to sustainability by up cycling my own clothes. My goal is to leverage my knowledge and practical experience to make a significant impact in the sportswear industry. I am particularly focused on promoting sustainable practices and fostering innovation to create a more sustainable future for the industry. By integrating principles of circularity and sustainable design, I aim to contribute to reducing the environmental impact of fashion and inspire consumers to make more conscious choices. I am eager to bring my passion and skills to a forward-thinking company dedicated to sustainability and innovation in sportswear.
