The London Fashion Showcasing Fund (LFSF) was established in 2008 to provide a transparent application process for funding fashion showcasing events. Originally funded by the London Development Agency (LDA) and now supported by the Greater London Authority (GLA), the fund is managed by the British Fashion Council. The LFSF supports events throughout the year, including during London Fashion Week, that showcase the talents of emerging fashion designers.
The call for funding for the period August 2026 – March 2027 is now open.
Eligibility
To be considered for funding, applicants must meet the following key criteria:
- Providing support for emerging fashion talent
- Promote the fashion industry and boost investment
- Demonstrate efforts to widen access and support diversity
- Events must be London-based
- The maximum that a project can apply for, from August 2026 to March 2027, is £25,000.
Please note that applications from individual designers will not be considered.

3. Complete the application form, addressing the criteria outlined in the guidelines.
4. Applications will be evaluated by an independent selection panel.
5. Successful applicants may be required to submit full accounts and insurance documents for GLA due diligence procedures.

Completed applications must be submitted via email to lfsf@britishfashioncouncil.com by the deadline of 10 am on Monday, 3rdAugust 2026. Only submissions using the LFSF Application Form will be considered.
